Human GHRL (Ghrelin) ELISA Kit

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Human GHRL. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human GHRL and analogues was observed. This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human GHRL protein. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human GHRL.
