Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L)( Elab Fluor ® 488 conjugated) is a secondary antibody is produced in goats immunized with purified mouse IgG (H+L) and is conjugated to Elab Fluor® 488, a bright green fluorophore with excitation and emission of approximately 493 nm and 519 nm, respectively. The antibody binds specifically to mouse IgG (H+L) chains and can be used in various fluorescence-based applications like flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and confocal microscopy.
