Spin Column with Collection Tube

Spin-column extraction is a solid phase extraction method, which utilizes the fact that the target molecules bind to immobilized silica in the column. Each column can hold 700μL of sample and comes placed in a 2mL receiving tube. They can be used for the isolation of DNA and RNA.
